PID process automatic controller CTR 210
 With the process automatic controller even complex control functions can be solved. A field housing is available, too. The following informations are indicated:
- process variable
- setpoint
- control deviation

- manual / automatic mode
- TAG
Folgende Ein- und Ausgänge sind vorhanden:
- Drei Analogeingänge, wahlweise 4 - 20 mA (passiv) oder Pt 100 (3 - Leiter)
- Zwei Analogausgänge 4 - 20 mA für die Stellgröße oder andere Größen wie z. B. die Regelgröße
- Sechs digitale Eingänge für Umschaltungen
- Sechs digitale Ausgänge zur Alarmierung
- Modbus-Schnittstelle RS485
Special functions for batch reactors:
- splitrange output for control of heating and cooling valves
- cascade control for product and jacket temperature
- two parallel controller
- 16 step setpoint programmer function
- no overshot of the product temperature
- dynamic limitation of the temperature difference between product and jacket
- dynamic activation of the integral algorithm
- switching function via digital inputs: different parameter sets, security outputs, setpoint ramps, releases, input and setpoint selection
Power supply and interface:
The compact controller CTR 210 is powered with 24VDC. The Modbus interface is connected to the RS485 bus.
Funktions:
The CTR 210 has the same functionality as the intrinsically safe model CTR 210i.
