Flowcomputer for continuous flow metering in pipelines

The Pipeline Master accured continuously at the transfer points of pipelines the flow rate. Six counter blocks for the acqusition are available. One non resetable counter integrates all quantities. With the five additional counters batch processes can be counted. A batch can be started and stopped automatically, by pressing a key, by activating a digital input or by setting a Modbus register. This batch can be printed and stored.

Display:

The Pipeline Master displays following values:

actual mass flow
actual volume flow
actual standard volume flow

actual temperature
actual pressure
actual density
actual calculated base density

counter blocks A - F

All available forward counters, revers counters, error counters and averages of density, temperature and pressure can be displayed in the several counter blocks.

Printout:

Up to 16 Pipeline Master can be connect to one PCC 400. The printed counters an measuring points can be selected.

Storage:

The printed datas are also stored in the PCC 400 and can be printed again as copy.

API flow conversion:

Through various flow conversions it is possible to calculate the volume flow at base temperature for petroleum products and for biodiesel. The flow input signal can be volume or mass.
